Southwest
SOUTHWEST: This design aesthetic features low maintenance, tough plants that are typically drought and heat tolerant. Other characteristics include a variety of textures through aggregates like river rock, black star gravel, or decomposed granite as well as boulders.
Mediterranean
MEDITERRANEAN: This style mixes both relaxed with formal and is inspired by coastal plants of Italy, Spain and France. Imagine evergreen mixed with herbs, flowers and terra cotta pots and a mix of colors like soft blue, silvers and varying greens.
Traditional
TRADITIONAL: This classic landscape shows off symmetry and patterns with the use of shrubs and perennials.
Contemporary/Modern
CONTEMPORARY/ MODERN: This style is clean and uncluttered and may feature some architectural shaped plants as a focal point, or maybe some artwork.
